a) October 2021 for a complete subfloor replacement and rehabilitation in a modular home and installation of new laminate flooring:

b) March 2022 for a bedroom renovation:  custom designed closet and new flooring
I am so pleased with the professionalism and knowledge the owner brings to the job site.  He starts at the proposal / quote stage and continues to clean up and departure.
